We're partnering with 30 villages in 2013.

Each November Orchard: Africa funds a select amount of villages after pastors and church leaders have completed the first three Orchard: Network training modules. We require trained pastors to submit a formal business plan demonstrating their village strategy and implementation. We select an average of 10% of applications to be funded - each for a minimum of 2 years. Pastors and leaders who are not selected for funding stay within the Orchard: Network mentorship and have the opportunity to apply for funding again the following year. Funding a village costs $10,000 a year and provides a minimum of daily food, water, orphan intervention and AIDS prevention training. Also, you can support a cluster of 5 pastors through the Orchard: Network training process as we work to bring funding to more villages every year. Review the Village Reports

Put Your Name on a Village
By signing up to put your name on a village, your $10,000.00 will equip a village church leader to implement our 3 core projects in their community for an entire year.
  1. A Feeding Project. Providing daily meals for 200 children
  2. Orphan Intervention Program. Providing care for 200 orphaned and vulnerable children
  3. AIDS Awareness and Prevention. Teaching on AIDS and HIV to 1000 youth
You will be able to track the progress on the village reports, where you will see monthly updates, photos and progress from the pastor.
Serve in Africa and visit and serve in the village you fund.
