When it comes to giving, we value:
Sustainability: Our goal is to create long-term, generational change in vulnerable communities in Christ’s name and through his church. As a result we invest resources entrusted to us in sustainable programs and community development.
Transparency: We value accountability and transparency so that donors can make informed decisions when it comes to giving. Guidestar, an agency that provides reporting on non-profits around the world, consistently gives Orchard: Africa the highest possible rating for transparency. Accountability: Orchard: Africa has both a U.S. and South African board that provide oversight and accountability in financial matters. Our boards review, evaluate and approve our annual budget.
1. Join us on a Vision Trip
A vision trip is a “come and see” journey that will allow you to experience the mission of Orchard: Africa up close. It is an opportunity to see how God is at work in South Africa, take in the beauty of the country and discover ways you can invest in the work of caring for the vulnerable.
2. Fund an Impact Center
Impact Centers serve as regional hubs where churches are equipped to care for the vulnerable in a positive and sustainable way. From these locations church leaders receive expert training, time-tested tools, personal mentoring and resources to initiate and sustain projects that bring relief, reconstruction and development to communities in need.
Partner with a specific region, financially support the work of the Impact Center in that location and receive updates on the impact of your investment. There are also opportunities to support the launch of new Impact Centers.
3. Capital Projects
