POSTCARD FROM AFRICA - July 2026

Our mission season is well underway in South Africa, with volunteers serving alongside local church partners to strengthen communities through education, leadership, and economic development.

Over the past month, preschool teachers have received training in early childhood development, women have participated in workshops on parenting, budgeting, and family care, and young adults have been encouraged to discover the gifts and purpose God has placed within them.  More than 30 community members have also begun our new Economic Development Program, while one of our rural church partners has established a community garden to support its feeding ministry.

Mission teams are a blessing in more ways than one. As they share their knowledge and encouragement, they also learn from the resilience, faith, and hospitality of the communities they serve. These partnerships remind us that ministry is never one-sided. When believers from different cultures and nations serve together, the global Church is strengthened, friendships are formed, and everyone returns home with a broader understanding of God’s Kingdom.
